Everything you need to know about delivery, returns, refunds, and what to do if something goes wrong.

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options (2–3 business days) are available at checkout. Orders placed before 2:00 PM local time on business days are generally processed the same day. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

What if my tracking information stops updating?

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 business days after your label was created, please contact us and we'll look into it. If we're unable to confirm your order is in transit, you'll be eligible for a refund or reshipment. Please note this provision does not apply during holidays, severe weather, or other extraordinary circumstances that may impact logistics networks.

My order is taking longer than the estimated delivery time — what should I do?

If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery date by 10 or more days and we can't provide updated tracking information, you are eligible to request a refund. For US orders, if there is no delivery after 45 days from the date your order left our warehouse, please contact us directly. Please note that this provision does not apply during holidays, severe weather, or other extraordinary circumstances.

My order shows as delivered but I haven't received it.

If your tracking shows delivered but the package hasn't arrived, please first check with neighbors and any safe drop locations at your address. If you still can't locate it, contact your local post office — they can confirm delivery details. If the package genuinely wasn't delivered, a non-delivery certificate from your local post office with an official seal will be required to process a claim. We'll do our best to assist, though verification through the logistics carrier can take time.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. International shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our charges.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return window?

You have 25 days from the delivery date to submit a return or refund request. Requests submitted after this window may not be eligible for after-sales service. To start a return, contact us at beddingandcomfort.com/contact-us with your order number and reason for return.

What items are eligible for return?

Items that are unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging are eligible for return within 25 days. Sale and clearance items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you simply change your mind about an item ("remorse return"), we will review your request — if approved, a restocking and repacking fee of up to 35% of the item's price may apply.

How do refunds work?

Once your return or refund request is approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days. If your return requires you to send back the item, the refund is initiated once your return shows as in transit with the provided prepaid return label. If a replacement shipment is needed instead, it will be dispatched within 5 business days of approval.

How long does it take to process my return request?

For unshipped orders: we'll process your request within 3 business days of submission. For shipped orders: we'll process within 10 business days. If we don't respond within these windows, your refund will be issued automatically.

My package was returned to sender during transit — what happens now?

If your package is returned to us during transit for any reason, you can request a refund or a reshipment. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of your request; reshipments are dispatched within 5 business days. Please contact us as soon as you're aware of the return.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're sorry — please contact us within 25 days of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the damage. If the item is badly damaged, you're entitled to a full refund or replacement. If it's partially damaged, a partial refund or replacement may apply. We'll review your evidence within 3 business days and follow up with next steps. If the item needs to be returned, we'll provide a prepaid return label within 3 business days of approving your claim.

I received the wrong item — what should I do?

Contact us with a photo of what you received along with your order number. We'll arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. If the wrong color or size was sent but the item still functions correctly, we'll offer a refund or resend once you provide documentation of the discrepancy. We have a strict quality control process before dispatch — but if something slips through, we'll make it right.

Something is missing from my order.

If a missing part or accessory doesn't affect the product's function, we'll either send the missing piece or issue a partial refund. If the missing part does affect function, we'll resend the complete product. Contact us with your order number and a description of what's missing and we'll sort it out promptly.

What evidence do I need to provide for a damaged or defective item claim?

Clear photos or a video showing the problem are required. The evidence needs to clearly show the defect or damage — if the issue isn't visible in photos, a video is preferred. We'll review within 3 business days and let you know if the evidence is sufficient to proceed. We may also ask for photos showing the item's measurements if the claim relates to sizing.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they enter the fulfillment process — typically within 1 hour of placing the order. Contact us immediately at beddingandcomfort.com/contact-us with your order number. If the order has already been picked and packed, we're unable to cancel it, but you're welcome to return it once it arrives under our standard returns policy. A full refund is issued for orders cancelled before warehouse processing begins.

I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?

Contact us immediately at beddingandcomfort.com/contact-us with the correct address. Address corrections are not guaranteed, particularly if the order has already shipped. If the order ships to the wrong address, it will be the buyer's responsibility to arrange the correction directly with the carrier. If the item is returned to us in good condition, we'll refund or reship — note that reshipment to the corrected address may incur an additional delivery fee.


OTHER SITUATIONS

What if my order is out of stock after I've placed it?

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we'll cancel the affected item and issue a full refund. You'll be notified by email as soon as we're aware of the issue.

What happens during holidays or weather disruptions?

During holidays, severe weather, or other extraordinary circumstances, shipping and response times may be extended. We will communicate delays by email wherever possible. Please note that we cannot accept liability for product damage or shipping delays caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, customs delays, or international disruptions. If you're affected by such a situation, please reach out to us at beddingandcomfort@gmail.com and we'll do our best to assist.

What types of claims are not accepted?

We are not able to process claims for the following situations: buyer ordered the wrong item or size; buyer provided an incorrect shipping address; buyer simply changed their mind after the return window has closed; tracking information was removed by a logistics carrier; package was not cleared through customs due to the recipient's failure to comply with local import requirements. If you're unsure whether your situation qualifies, contact us and we'll let you know.
